Jim Vivlios – Principal
My Business Management and Property expertise has evolved from my desire to continually have “a go” at being the best I can be. Collaborating the things I have learnt over the years I strive to deliver a professional, optimistic, diplomatic, executive and friendly position to my family, clients, friends and the community.
A good family life is the balance in any successful business man. With three kids and a wife of nine years I am experiencing a full family life. I am involved with my two sons and daughter’s upbringing and am devoted to raising them in the Gold Coast society. I coach my son’s soccer team and I teach them that in order to succeed you need team work. I also reflect this onto my business career. One of my attributes is being able to work in a team and that there is a place for individuality and in turn this is what makes a great leader. There is no better feeling than leading your team into victory and this is where I excel.
Much client business has been won over the years on the basis of being able to provide clients with not only the technical matters affecting their businesses and property portfolio but an assertive decision if one was required.
I always hold a clear focus, both in the business sense and in my family life. And as is evident in the past I rarely stepped aside from that vision.
My personal interests are centred on my wife and three lovely children as well as having a keen interest in golf, fishing, real estate and travel. At the current age of 33 I enjoy an active lifestyle and wish to pursue my passion of real estate and construction utilising and engaging my skills to continuously achieve improving results with whomever I share my association.
